Grand Opening Held for Mid Valley Kerman FacilityGrand opening ceremonies were held Thursday, Oct. 18, for Mid Valley Disposal’s new material recovery facility and transfer station at 15300 W. Jensen Ave. in Kerman. Mid Valley has provided collection services for the area since 1997 and with its new facility can now offer state-of-the-art recycling. The new facility is about 24,500 square feet, and the operation has more than 70 in its workforce.
A traditional ribbon-cutting was held to mark the occasion, in this photo Mid Valley staff gather with City of Kerman officials and members of the Kerman Chamber of Commerce. A lunch was served and informal tours of the facility offered as well.
