On Friday, June 1, Kerman High School Graduates celebrated, along with guests and junior classmates totaling 350 students, at an all night Sober Grad Party. The gym was transformed into the Mann’s Chinese Theater where decorations highlighted a scene from the senior’s past homecoming floats: "Now Playing - Star Wars, Phantom of the Opera, Jumanji and Hocus Pocus." The theater also included a Casino with a Cash Cube and a DJ with a big screen video.
During the evening the students enjoyed live performances with a Lion Dance (Chinese Dragon), an appearance from "Elvis Presley", and a stunt show with Spiderman and the Green Goblin. They were also showered with balloons and confetti launchers during the dance.Food was also provided for the evening which included homemade burritos, pizzas from Round Table & Me N Eds, Subway Sandwiches, and Sunshine Donuts.
